About

Ending the Crisis Together

Sexual abuse and violence against children and adolescents is a global health crisis affecting children everywhere. In the United States alone, there are over 42 million survivors of child sexual abuse and conservative estimates indicate that 1 in 10 children will be a victim before their 18th birthday.

Keep Kids Safe is a movement of survivors and allies who have said enough is enough! It’s time for our county to take action to protect our children, and we know how to do it. With the creation of the U.S National Blueprint to End Sexual Violence Against Children and Adolescents we have laid out a roadmap to help our nation’s leader to provide prevention, healing and justice, in the pursuit of an end to this devastating issue.

Keep Kids Safe is survivor-led and trauma informed movement that advocates for all children and adolescents regardless of their age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality or economic status. We advocate for children everywhere…in homes, schools, communities, places of worship, sport and online. We promise that we will not stop our efforts until there is comprehensive, bold and transformative action from our leaders to address:

Prevention.

To protect this and every generation to come.

Healing.

For victims, survivors, and their families.

Justice.

For survivors and accountability for perpetrators and institutions who covered up the abuse.

Join us and become part of our historic movement to Keep Kids Safe!
